Livelihood Production Center that will soon rise at Purok Balumo, Barangay San
Isidro in Tagum, Davao del Norte.

the PWD sector for its resolve to become empowered noting that such aspiration
runs in line with his development thrust, “PEOPLE” which highlights people
empowerment.

productive, Del Rosario pointed out the importance of developing resilient and
adaptable attitudes amidst the Climate Change phenomenon.
