2016 --- The Department of Foreign Affairs, Davao City, informs the public that
starting 09 February 2016, DFA will implement the appointment schedule system
for passport applicants. Only persons with disability, pregnant women, children
below 7 years old, and senior citizens will be accommodated for walk-in
transactions.

appointments, you may proceed to Door 2, at the third level of SM City Davao
main mall; send email to davaorco@yahoo.com; or call us at (082) 285-4885.
The
Department of Foreign Affairs has also Regional Consular Offices in Cotabato,
