DAVAO CITY- About 11 government offices in the Davao Region achieved excellence ratings in the Anti-Red Tape Survey.

physical working condition, frontline service provider, service quality
and over all customer satisfaction.
In 2014, the Civil Service Commission (CSC), as the lead implementer

a failing mark in one area, a Good rating if it obtained a score of 80-
