Signifying
the start of another great year for the homegrown real estate developer, Damosa
Land, Inc. (DLI) breaks ground on its new residential venture, a multi-building
mid-rise development project in Sasa, Davao City.
Dubbed as Seawind by Damosa Land, Damosa Land’s first foray
into vertical development will be situated on a 2.7 hectare property
overlooking the Davao Gulf and Samal Island. Only 25 percent of the property
will be developed, dedicating the rest of the area for amenities such as parks,
clubhouse and sports facilities. The development will include six buildings,
three of which will have seven stories while the other three buildings will
have eight.
DLI initially released three types of unit for Seawind. The
first one is a 2-bedroom with an area of 37.12 square meters, with the owner
having the option to convert it as a studio type unit. The second type is a
72-square meter unit, while the last type is the bi-level unit with each level
having 37.12 square meters.
Aside from that, Seawind will also feature a commercial
strip. Although the area already has one, it will be renovated and designed to
suit the taste of the discerning and meticulous clients.
“I am proud to present our newest project, a project that
will transform the landscape of Barangay Sasa, a project that will provide
quality living to over 1,000 families, and a project that we hope will help
transform Sasa into the next growth area of Davao City.,” said Cary Floirendo
Lagdameo, Vice President of Damosa Land, Inc.
DLI already received the Development Permit and the
Temporary License to sell from the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board
(HLURB) in March and April respectively, prompting them to start the basic land
preparation.
For this year alone, DLI targets to build its first
building, commercial complex and roadways. Seawind will be only one of the
several new and exciting projects that Damosa Land will be launching in the
region for this year.
“As what we have always mentioned, Damosa Land is here for
the long haul, aiming and determined to be the best real estate developer in
the region,” Lagdameo concluded. (pr)
