Sa unang adlaw pa lang (Huwebes), gipasiugda na ni outgoing Gobernador Rodolfo del Rosario ang gikinahanglang katakos ilabina alang sa mga bag-ong napili nga mga opisyales uban ang mapasiboon nga pagdumala tungod ug alang sa ilang mga ginsakpan.
“Local officials must be equipped with the right leadership skills in order to meet the challenges facing the LGUs’ rapid socio-economic development. They must be ready for the big change that is coming. They are bound to fail the people if they do not take on the challenge of performing their duties and responsibilities better,” pasiugda ni gobernador RDR.
