COMPOSTELA VALLEY PROVINCE, September 17, 2014-----Governor Arturo T. Uy received the 2014 Regional Kabalikat Award from the Technical Education & Skills Development Authority (TESDA) as a recognition for the sustainable, transparent, and fast implementation of the programs and projects of the provincial government particularly on human resources development through Technical Vocational Education Trainings (TVET), Agri-Fishery, Eco-tourism, Environment, and the Health Sector.
The award was received through Senior Board Member Tyron L. Uy on September 4, 2014 at the Grand Men Seng Hotel in Davao City from TESDA Region XI Director Gaspar Gayona during the Institutional Awarding Ceremony in time with TESDA’S 20th Founding Anniversary.”
Other Regional Kabalikat Awardees are Panabo City and Brgy. Daliao, Davao City both on the LGU Category; RA Hao Training Development Center Foundation, Inc. for the Industry Category and; Phil-Nipon Technical College Inc. on the Institution Category. (grace almedilla, ids-comval)
