The Philippine National Volunteer Service Coordinating Agency (PNVSCA) is calling for nominations in the 2013 Search for Outstanding Volunteers.
The SOV is an annual search which aims to highlight and recognize the exemplary performance and dedication to service of Filipino volunteers in building strong communities across the country through the spirit of volunteerism.
The Search is open to all individuals of Filipino citizenship and also to Filipino volunteer organizations or local chapters of foreign volunteer organizations that are presently providing volunteer assistance in the country.
The Guidelines on the Search for Outstanding Volunteers 2013, the nomination forms and profile template which are required to be accomplished can be accessed at the Regional Development Council XI website www.rdc11.net/download/ or at the PNVSCA website www.pnvsca.gov.ph.
Deadline for submission of nominations is on August 23, 2013. Nominations can be sent by courirer, through fax at (082) 296-0161 to 64 or through email atnedaxi_davao@yahoo.com. (PIA/RG Alama)
