TAGUM CITY, Davao del Norte, Dec. 16 (PIA)--- The Davao del Norte chapter of 4H Club initiates a fun-run to help club members who have become Typhoon Yolanda victims.
Dubbed as DavNor Run 4Hers’ Race, the fun-run is slated on Nov. 22 to start at 5:00 a.m. Tagum City New City Hall.
The activity is organized by the provincial government of Davao del Norte, city government of Tagum, the Provincial Sports Office, Tagum Runners Club and the Volunteer Leaders ‘s Association of the Philippines Davao del Norte Chapter which supervises the 4H Club.
Volunteer Leaders Association Davao del Norte Chapter President Cenen Banal said proceeds of the fun-run will go to the members of Tacloban.
Registration to the fun-run requires participants to pay P300 inclusive of a singlet, racing bib, finishers certificate and light breakfast.
Banal directs interested participant to register at Tagum City Hall, Gaisano Mall of Tagum, Gaisano Grand Mall of Tagum, NCCC Mall of Tagum, at the Provincial Sports Office and at the Provincial Planning and Development Office. (Jean D. Abangan, PIA)
