DAVAO CITY- “ We are on double full alert.”

This according to Davao City Police Office chief Senior Superintendent Vicente Danao Jr. describing the status of the city police during the coming BIMP EAGA (Brunei-Indonesia-Malaysia-Philippines East Asean Growth Area) Trade Fair and Business Leaders conference this October 23-26.

Danao said there will be about 2,000 more security personnel which will be guarding Davao City for the event. They will be augmented by land, air and naval assets coming from the Armed Forces.

“We will have maximum security on land, sea and air.” Danao said.
